Uçkan Law & Consultancy, based in Ankara and advising across a range of legal fields, was founded by Attorney Betül Uçkan.

Uçkan Law & Consultancy aims to provide transparent legal counsel and responsive representation, and has made the proper establishment of a relationship of trust with each client a founding principle.
Advising without compromising the rule of law or professional principles, the practice acts on a client rather than customer basis and provides counsel tailored to each client’s actual needs.
Betül Uçkan graduated from the Faculty of Law at Selçuk University. After completing her legal traineeship in Ankara, she founded Uçkan Law & Consultancy and began practising as an attorney.
Having completed legal English training, she advises clients in both Turkish and English.
Our aim is not to hand clients ready-made outcomes, but to produce solutions attentive to each client’s needs, background and expectations.

How we work.
01 A relationship of trust
The foundation of our service is establishing and maintaining trust with the client. Information about the progress of a matter is provided continuously and openly.

The process, the likely outcomes and the costs are set out from the start. Clients know what stage their matter has reached and why each step was taken.

We act for clients, not customers. Instead of off-the-shelf answers, we prepare a course of action attentive to the client’s needs, background and expectations.

Every matter is examined individually in the light of current legislation and case law. Counsel is grounded in research.
05 Service in two languages
Following legal English training, counsel is available to clients in both Turkish and English.
